Finance Attorney

Columbus office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a finance attorney with 4-8 years of experience. The candidate will negotiate and manage complex financial transactions, train, mentor, and monitor junior attorneys, and grow and develop relationships with new and existing clients. Represent both lenders and borrowers in connection with the negotiation of bilateral and syndicated credit facilities, asset-based loans, acquisition financings and securitizations, and will also work as part of the firm’s derivatives practice, which includes representing both financial institutions and end-users in transactional and regulatory matters (experience in derivatives is desired, but not required). Must thrive in a collegial team environment and be interested in being an integral part of the long-term succession. Must possess excellent academic credentials, and strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
