Duties

• Provide expert legal representation in civil litigation matters, including personal injury and contract disputes.
• Lead efforts to grow and develop the Philadelphia office.
• Develop and implement effective legal strategies with partners and other attorneys.
• Conduct thorough research and prepare high-quality legal documents.
• Manage case preparation through trial, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
• Mentor and develop junior attorneys and staff.
• Stay current with legal developments and integrate them into practice.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Experience in insurance defense.
• Proven leadership skills to manage and grow a legal practice area.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Education
