Mid-Level Litigation Associate Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Mid-Level Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of litigation experience, preferably in motor vehicle, construction litigation, and premises liability. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of matters, managing their cases, drafting pleadings and legal documents, taking and defending depositions, providing strategic legal analysis, and appearing in court as needed.

Duties:

• Handle a diverse caseload of litigation matters
• Manage cases independently from inception to resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Take and defend depositions
• Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to clients
• Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of litigation experience
• Experience in motor vehicle, construction litigation, and premises liability preferred
• Proficient in drafting pleadings and dispositive motions
• Ability to answer written discovery and handle oral arguments
• Excellent academic credentials
• Strong research, writing, organization, and analytical skills
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania
