The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience, a background in regulatory practice, and a deep knowledge of federal and state financial laws and regulations.

Job Duties:

• Provide regulatory counseling for a range of consumer and small business financial products and services.
• Support enforcement, litigation, and transactional teams from a financial regulatory perspective.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations governing financial products.
• Conduct legal research and draft relevant legal documents.
• Offer counsel to clients on financial regulatory matters.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in financial regulatory counseling.
• In-depth knowledge of federal and state laws related to financial products and services.
• Exceptional academic credentials and prior law firm experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
