A law firm in Sacramento, CA, is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with civil litigation experience and a proven record of high academic achievement. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of client customer service, excellent interpersonal skills, outstanding writing and analytical skills, and substantial experience in drafting pleadings, drafting and responding to discovery, legal research, and motion practice. While not mandatory, construction law experience is desired.

Duties:

  • Provide legal counsel and representation in civil litigation matters.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and legal documents related to litigation cases.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support client cases.
  • Respond to discovery requests and engage in the discovery process.
  • Engage in motion practice and represent clients during hearings.

Requirements:

  • Civil litigation experience.

Education:
