Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Labor and Employment Associate for its New York office. The ideal candidate will possess 4 to 7 years of experience in labor and employment-related litigation, including employment discrimination, whistleblower, wage and hour, and trade secret and restrictive covenant matters.

Duties

  • Handle labor and employment-related litigation cases.
  • Provide client counseling and compliance advice.
  • Draft and review legal documents and correspondence.
  • Collaborate with team members on case strategy and development.

Requirements

  • 4 to 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong academic record and excellent writing skills.
  • Demonstrated work ethic and commitment to client service.
  • Good standing with the New York Bar.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admitted to practice law in New York.
