Job Overview:

The Litigation Personal Injury Attorney will manage all aspects of pre-litigation, interact with clients, adjusters, and other legal professionals, and possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Fluency in Spanish is required.

Duties:

  • Manage all aspects of pre-litigation
  • Interact with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers/paralegals over the phone and in person
  • Handle personal injury litigation cases
  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in litigation
  • 3 years of personal injury-related experience
  • Experience on either the plaintiff or defense side of the docket
  • Fluency in Spanish
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Active license to practice law in Texas

Skills:
