Duties:

  • Oversee all aspects of litigation with impeccable attention to detail, ensuring the comprehensive preparation of cases for settlement or trial.
  • Serve as a principal point of contact for clients, providing empathetic, world-class service and steering them through their legal journey with expertise and compassion.
  • Collaborate with firm leadership to refine litigation strategies, contributing to its growth and maintaining its competitive edge in the DFW market and across Texas.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of legal practice, with a strong preference for candidates possessing extensive experience in personal injury litigation, whether from the plaintiff or defense perspective.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams in a high-stakes legal environment.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate verbally and in writing with clients, adjusters, and legal professionals.
