Counsel/Member - Government Contracts

These responsibilities will encompass a wide spectrum of government contract matters, from bid protests to False Claims Act issues, SBA regulations, and cost issues, including Cost Accounting Standards and allow ability. The candidate should also be adept at the negotiation of prime and subcontracts, teaming agreements, joint ventures, and mentor-protégé agreements.
