Duties:

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience handling upmarket bilateral, syndicated, and sponsor-backed deals for banks and private credit funds.
  • Strong academic background from nationally recognized schools.
  • Admitted to practice in the District of Columbia.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Bar in the District of Columbia.
