The candidate will handle appearances and assignments with minimal or no supervision. Will manage cases of general liability and bodily injury. Required to be proficient in handling civil cases through trial. Take depositions, oral arguments, and hearing attendance. Negotiate settlements and report to the clients. Should have a background in Civil Litigation/Insurance Defense/Subrogation.

Should have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Must have excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
