The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of broad corporate experience, with expertise in private credit and mezzanine debt. Duties

  • Private Equity Focus: Collaborate with the private equity group, actively participating in private equity transactions.

Requirements

  • Experience: Ideally, a minimum of 5 years of broad corporate experience.

  • SBIC Funds: Preferred experience with Small Business Investment Company (SBIC) funds.
  • License: Admission to the California State Bar.

Education
