Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Associate Family Law Attorney in Raleigh, North Carolina. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience and a strong passion for representing clients in family law matters. Duties

• Handle cases from inception through trial.
• Conduct initial consultations and communicate with clients.
• Devise and communicate legal strategies.
• Draft and finalize legal documents.
• Supervise and delegate work to team members.
• Participate in firm meetings and contribute to growth.
• Prepare for and attend court hearings and mediations.
• Communicate professionally with opposing counsel and court personnel.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in North Carolina.
• Experience in family law with a desire to specialize.
• Comprehensive knowledge of NC Family Law and related procedures.
• Willingness to travel outside of Wake or Durham County if needed.

Education

• Graduated from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in North Carolina.
