Requirements

  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in Texas or awaiting bar exam results.
  • Strong negotiation skills and client advocacy.
  • Ability to interact professionally with clients and legal professionals.
  • Familiarity with Texas insurance laws.
  • Strong legal research and writing skills.
  • Understanding of the pre-litigation process.
  • Willingness to work over 40 hours per week.
  • Experience in claims adjusting preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Education

  • J.D. from an accredited law school.

  • Licensed to practice law in Texas.
