A law firm seeks a motivated and experienced Litigation Attorney in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will independently manage a diverse civil litigation caseload, including employment law, personal injury, and business litigation, while collaborating in a supportive environment. Duties

• Manage a docket of civil litigation cases from intake to resolution.
• Handle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, and trial.
• Appear in state and federal courts and administrative agencies.
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, motions, and briefs.
• Collaborate with legal support staff and partners to meet deadlines.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide strategic counsel.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Texas.
• 3+ years of litigation experience preferred.
• Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
• Experience with case management systems and litigation software.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Trial experience (first or second chair).
• Experience with sexual harassment, assault, or civil rights cases.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
• Experience in a plaintiff-side or mission-driven firm.
