Duties

• Handle nonimmigrant visa applications, including E-2, H-1B, L-1A/B, and TN.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of immigration law experience.
• Admitted to any state bar in the U.S.
• German language fluency preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications
