A law firm in Dallas is seeking a qualified Lateral Antitrust Associate Attorney with 3-6 years of experience. The successful candidate will represent clients in civil litigation, DOJ/FTC civil conduct investigations, and criminal enforcement matters. Duties:

  • Represent clients in civil litigation involving antitrust matters.
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis on antitrust law issues.
  • Assist in DOJ/FTC civil conduct investigations related to antitrust violations.
  • Provide legal counsel and support in criminal enforcement matters concerning antitrust violations.
  • Draft, review, and analyze legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Participate in negotiations with opposing counsel and government agencies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop effective case strategies.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar and eligibility to practice law in Texas.
  • 3-6 years of relevant experience in antitrust law, with a focus on civil litigation and government investigations.
  • Thorough understanding of antitrust laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional writing and analytical skills.
  • Outstanding academic achievements from a reputable law school.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
