Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in privacy and data security litigation.
  • Experience with government regulations and policy enforcement related to privacy.
  • Proficiency in US, EU, and APEC privacy laws and regulations.
  • Strong aptitude for technology and understanding of how technologies work.
  • Superior verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) is a plus.
