The Mid-Level to Senior Insurance Services Associate Attorney will provide legal counsel and representation to clients in insurance coverage matters, including litigation and dispute resolution.

Duties:

• Provide legal advice and representation to clients in insurance coverage disputes.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Manage all aspects of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
• Participate in case strategy development and client meetings.
• Stay current on relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends in insurance coverage.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, preferably focusing on insurance coverage.
• Strong understanding of insurance law and regulations.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Illinois Bar admission is required.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
