Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Personal Injury Attorney to join their practice in Seattle, WA. This role offers a fully remote work environment, with occasional in-person requirements for trials. The ideal candidate will have a passion for litigation and trial work, with some experience in personal injury matters.

Duties

  • Draft legal documents including pleadings, discovery, and motions.
  • Conduct legal research and investigate injuries.
  • Attend court dates and meet with clients.
  • Argue motions and review medical records.
  • Negotiate settlements and try cases as 1st and 2nd chair.
  • Manage a large support staff.

Requirements

  • Experience with personal injury matters preferred.
  • Strong aptitude for litigation and/or jury trials.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Must reside in Idaho.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
