Duties

  • Analyze cases to evaluate injury severity and provide legal advice on outcomes and strategies.
  • Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing parties to secure maximum compensation.
  • Represent clients in court during hearings, motions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
  • Review and file legal documents, including complaints and motions, within deadlines.
  • Stay updated on changes in Washington State personal injury law.

Requirements

  • Active Washington State Bar membership.
  • Minimum 7 years of professional work experience.
  • Litigation experience in personal injury cases.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Proficiency in drafting legal documents.
  • Ability to follow structured processes and achieve specific KPIs.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
