Requirements

• Five plus years of corporate law experience.
• Background in life sciences and tech sectors.
• Experience with start-ups and venture capital.
• Proficiency in IPOs and equity capital markets.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in California.
