The successful candidate will play a crucial role in advising clients on a variety of financial matters, ensuring legal compliance, and contributing to the firm's success in the field of structured finance.

Duties:

  • Draft and review legal documents related to structured finance transactions, including loan agreements, security agreements, and offering memoranda.
  • Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients on the structuring and execution of complex financial transactions.
  • Conduct due diligence on financial transactions to identify legal risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to develop and implement effective legal strategies.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Illinois State Bar or eligibility for reciprocity.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in structured finance transactions and securitizations.
