The Trial And Litigation Associate Attorney will be responsible for supporting the firm's litigation practice by managing complex cases, conducting legal research, drafting motions, and representing clients in state and federal court proceedings. Duties:

• Manage complex cases and electronic discovery processes
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Develop evidence and build cases for trial
• Interview witnesses and prepare for depositions
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings and trials

Requirements:

• 4-7 years of litigation experience
• Superior research and writing skills
• Excellent academic credentials
• Outstanding analytical and creative thinking capabilities
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Proven ability to work in a team and across offices
• Interest in elevating the firm's brand and reputation

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the State Bar of California

Skills:
