Commercial Finance Associate Attorney

A law firm is seeking a Commercial Finance Associate Attorney for its St. Louis office with a focus on candidates with 5+ years of experience in drafting, negotiating, and closing commercial lending transactions. The ideal candidate should possess a firm understanding of issues related to Article 9 secured transactions and have significant experience in drafting and negotiating inter-creditor agreements.

Duties:

• Draft, negotiate, and close commercial lending transactions.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of issues involved in Article 9 secured transactions.
• Provide expertise in drafting and negotiating inter-creditor agreements.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in the drafting, negotiation, and closing of commercial lending transactions.
• Comprehensive understanding of issues related to Article 9 secured transactions.
• Meaningful experience in drafting and negotiating inter-creditor agreements.

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications:

Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
