Corporate Attorney

Eau Claire office of our client seeks a corporate attorney with experience. The candidate will conduct legal research, analysis, and drafting of complex memoranda related to corporate, real estate, estate planning, and financial matters. Will work collaboratively with other attorneys and support staff to provide high-quality service to clients. Perform other related duties as assigned. Must be Admitted to practice or eligible for admission to practice in the State of Wisconsin.

The candidate should have a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school. Possesses superior organizational and time management skills. Must be detail-oriented and capable of a high degree of accuracy. Exhibits superior verbal and written communication skills and comfort with both telephonic and face-to-face communications needed. Shares a commitment to client service, professional excellence, integrity, and teamwork is required. Should have proven ability to work within a fast-paced team environment with multiple deadlines and demands both internally and externally. Must have an interest in a collaborative, intellectually stimulating environment with a strong desire to contribute to team and client success.
