The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in representing clients in all stages of intellectual property litigation, demonstrating strong research capabilities, exemplary writing skills, and a background in technological or scientific fields.

Duties:

• Represent clients in all stages of litigation, from pre-filing investigations through appeals.
• Conduct pre-suit due diligence investigations to assess the strength of intellectual property claims.
• Develop comprehensive case strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Manage complex discovery processes and negotiation of discovery-related matters.
• Assist in taking and defending depositions to gather crucial evidence.
• Argue evidentiary motions, claim construction, and dispositive motions during legal proceedings.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and pre-trial briefings to support litigation efforts.
• Draft appeal briefs to present compelling arguments before appellate courts.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience in intellectual property litigation.
• Undergraduate or advanced degree in a technological or scientific field (preferred).
• Strong research capabilities and exemplary writing skills.
• Experience litigating various intellectual property disputes, including patent infringement, trade secret misappropriation, trademark infringement, and copyright infringement.
• Familiarity with proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB).

Education:
