  • Draft appeal briefs to present compelling arguments before appellate courts.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of experience in intellectual property litigation.
  • Undergraduate or advanced degree in a technological or scientific field (preferred).
  • Strong research capabilities and exemplary writing skills.
  • Experience litigating various intellectual property disputes, including patent infringement, trade secret misappropriation, trademark infringement, and copyright infringement.
