A law firm seeks an IP Patent Litigation Associate in Dallas, Texas. The ideal candidate will join the Intellectual Property Practice Group, bringing 3-5 years of experience and a strong technical background in electrical engineering, computer science, or computer engineering.

Duties

• Engage in patent litigation cases with a focus on intellectual property.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in patent litigation.
• Registration with the USPTO preferred.

• Creative and entrepreneurial approach to intellectual property.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas or eligible for licensure.
