Duties

  • Engage in proceedings at the U.S. International Trade Commission.
  • Participate in cases before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.

Requirements

  • Experience in patent litigation.
  • Familiarity with U.S. district courts, ITC, or PTAB.

Education

  • Undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, computer science, physics, or equivalent.
  • Advanced degree or industry experience is a plus.

Certifications

  • Membership in the Patent Bar preferred.
