• Prepare legal memoranda, pre-trial motions, and draft discovery responses

• Participate in deposition preparation and assist with witness interviews

• Analyze technical materials and expert reports related to complex technologies

• Coordinate with litigation support teams and co-counsel to manage case files and timelines

• Contribute to courtroom proceedings including trial preparation and post-trial briefings

Requirements:

• 1-4 years of experience in patent or general IP litigation

• Demonstrated interest in trial advocacy or courtroom practice

• Strong legal writing and analytical skills

• Ability to grasp and articulate technical subject matter effectively

• Licensed to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications:

• Admission to a U.S. State Bar

Skills:

• Background in electrical engineering, computer science, or a similar technical discipline

• Proficiency in handling complex litigation matters involving high-tech subject matter

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
