Duties

• Manage corporate transactions and general corporate matters.

• Handle all aspects of mergers and acquisitions transactions.
• Draft complex corporate documents, including operating and shareholder agreements.
• Prepare documents for private funds and non-public securities offerings.
• Contribute to marketing efforts through writing and presentations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in corporate, securities, and real estate law.
• Proficient in drafting corporate and transactional documents.
• Familiarity with mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and document preparation.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with non-public securities offerings and private fund structuring preferred.
• Demonstrated client interaction and project management skills preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in the state of California.
