A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a motivated and experienced Associate Attorney to join its First-Party Property Litigation practice in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Location

Duties

• Manage First-Party Property insurance litigation cases from start to finish

• Draft legal pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents

• Conduct depositions, attend mediations, and participate in court hearings

• Work closely with senior trial attorneys and business professionals

• Develop and implement litigation strategy in collaboration with clients

• Provide high-quality representation and maintain client relationships

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in First-Party Property litigation or comparable civil litigation

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines

• Strong understanding of litigation procedures and insurance defense practices

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar

• Strong legal research and analytical skills
