Duties

• Handle bodily injury, construction defect, and general insurance defense cases

• Draft legal documents, including motions and pleadings

• Conduct depositions, oral arguments, and court hearings

• Negotiate settlements and manage client communications

• Independently handle litigation matters through trial

• Maintain detailed and timely client reporting

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in insurance defense litigation

• Extensive experience in bodily injury and construction defect cases

• Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar

• Ability to manage cases independently and efficiently

• Strong litigation, negotiation, and case development skills

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active Texas Bar license required

• Additional state licenses are a plus
