A prominent law firm based in Moorestown, NJ, is seeking a driven Associate Attorney with a strong foundation in labor and employment law. This role offers the opportunity to engage directly with clients on a wide range of complex labor matters while working in a collaborative legal environment. Ideal candidates will have experience in public or private sector labor law, exhibit exceptional legal research and drafting capabilities, and possess a proactive approach to client service.

Duties:

• Advise clients on labor and employment law issues, policies, and compliance strategies

• Draft legal memoranda, pleadings, motions, and client communications

• Represent clients before administrative agencies and in litigation proceedings

• Collaborate with partners on case strategies and litigation preparation

• Conduct legal research and analysis on emerging labor law developments

• Participate in negotiation and dispute resolution processes

• Manage assigned caseload and maintain regular communication with clients

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing labor and employment law

• Familiarity with state and federal labor statutes, administrative processes, and collective bargaining frameworks

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a legal team

• Prior experience working with or for governmental agencies, judicial bodies, or legal journals is strongly valued

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to practice law in New Jersey (in good standing)
