Associate Attorney

A prestigious law firm in North Palm Beach is seeking an Associate Attorney to provide invaluable support to the Litigation Team, with opportunities to work across the Estate Planning, Estate and Trust Administration, and Guardianship departments. This is an exciting opportunity to grow in your legal career while working on diverse and engaging cases.

As an Associate Attorney, you will collaborate with the senior attorneys and paralegals to assist with a wide range of legal tasks, including conducting research, drafting pleadings, motions, notices, and discovery requests and responses. You'll also have the opportunity to participate in case preparations for hearings, trials, and mediations. Your duties will include maintaining accurate case reports and ensuring the timely entry of billable and non-billable time and expenses into the practice management software.

To excel in this role, you should be proficient in drafting legal documents, conducting comprehensive legal research, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Prior experience in estate planning, estate and trust administration, or guardianship litigation is preferred. Membership in and good standing with the Florida Bar is essential.
