Washington, D.C. office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks ERISA compliance associate attorney with 1-6 years of ERISA compliance experience. The candidate will be providing advice to benefit plan personnel, trustees, and unions on the full range of issues faced by all types of employee benefit plans, drafting and review of plan documents, service provider contracts, and participant communications, and representing employee benefit plans and boards of trustees before federal courts and regulatory agencies. Should possess a deep understanding of ERISA, IRC, HIPAA, the ACA, and other applicable laws, a strong academic background. The candidate must have superior analytic, research, and writing skills, and the ability to work well with clients, administrators, other employee benefit plan professionals, and fellow attorneys.
