Senior Litigation Associate Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm in Orlando, FL is seeking a Senior Litigation Associate Attorney with 5 years of commercial litigation experience. • Work independently on assigned tasks and collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Requirements:

• 5 years of commercial litigation experience.
• Expertise in preparing pleadings and motions.
• Ability to prepare for hearings and related court proceedings.
• Excellent research, writing, and attention to detail.
• Licensed to practice law in the State of Florida.
• Member of The Florida Bar in good standing.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to The Florida Bar.
