Duties

• Draft and review legal documents related to construction litigation.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years' experience in construction contract litigation.
• Strong legal writing and communication skills.
• Experience in depositions, oral arguments, and trials preferred.
• Active membership in the California Bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• California Bar membership.
