Duties

• Engage in client interviews and draft initial complaints or demand letters.

• Attend court hearings and manage discovery processes.
• Meet and confer with opposing counsel and engage in settlement negotiations.
• Take and defend depositions and prepare mediation briefs.

Requirements

• Admitted to the California Bar.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience at a litigation law firm.
• Preference for candidates with employment law experience.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
