Job Overview:

The Banking And Finance Associate Attorney will provide legal counsel and support to clients in various banking and finance matters. The successful candidate must possess strong client service skills, be highly motivated, and have relevant law firm experience.

Duties:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis on banking and finance laws and regulations
  • Draft and review various legal documents, including loan agreements, financing documents, and security instruments
  • Assist in negotiating and structuring complex financial transactions
  • Provide legal advice and support to clients on regulatory compliance issues
  • Represent clients in banking and finance-related litigation matters
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm to deliver comprehensive legal solutions

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of relevant law firm experience in banking and finance law
  • Membership in good standing with the Bar of a U.S. State
  • Ability to satisfy any additional requirements of the firm's office jurisdiction
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Bar in a U.S. State
