Commercial Litigation Partner

A law firm in Los Angeles is seeking a Commercial Litigation Partner with a portable book of business. The ideal candidate should be admitted to the California Bar or be eligible for admission. Admission to the Arizona, Colorado, and/or Nevada Bar would be a plus.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead commercial litigation cases.
• Build and maintain a strong client base.
• Develop and implement legal strategies for complex cases.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients.
• Oversee junior attorneys and legal support staff.
• Participate in business development activities.

Requirements:

• Portable book of business.
• Admission to the California Bar or eligibility for admission.
• Additional admission to the Arizona, Colorado, and/or Nevada Bar (a plus).

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

• Strong litigation and trial experience.
