Duties:

• Represent clients in environmental litigation matters, including legal research, case analysis, and court appearances.
• Prepare legal documents, such as briefs, pleadings, and motions, and maintain organized case files.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop case strategies and provide legal counsel.
• Conduct legal research to support case arguments, including relevant statutes, regulations, and case law.
• Participate in negotiations, mediations, and settlements as required to resolve cases efficiently.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in environmental litigation.
• Membership in the Florida Bar.
• Strong sense of professionalism and a proactive approach to business development.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a legal team.
• Detail-oriented and organized with a strong work ethic.
• Knowledge of relevant environmental laws and regulations.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
