The Banking And Finance Associate Attorney will provide legal advice and support to clients in various banking and finance matters. This role requires a highly motivated individual with superior client service skills.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on banking and finance laws and regulations
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and loan documentation
• Provide legal counsel to clients on banking transactions, regulatory compliance, and risk management
• Assist in negotiating and structuring financial transactions
• Represent clients in banking and finance-related litigation and dispute resolution matters
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant law firm experience in banking and finance law
• Membership in the Bar of a U.S. State
• Must satisfy any requirements of the firm's office's jurisdiction
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Demonstrated commitment to client service and attention to detail

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:
