Duties:

  • Evaluate and analyze patent portfolios for clients.
  • Conduct due diligence investigations related to intellectual property matters.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and provide legal advice accordingly.
  • Work closely with other attorneys and support staff to manage cases effectively.
  • Provide strategic counseling on intellectual property issues.

Requirements:

  • 3-8 years of relevant experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications.
  • Registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
  • Ph.D. in Biology, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology, or a related discipline.
  • Experience working in a law firm environment is desirable.
  • Excellent academic credentials.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills (written and oral).

Education:

Certifications:
