• Represent clients in workers’ compensation matters, including hearings and depositions

• Negotiate settlements with opposing parties

• Prepare legal documents and case files

• Advocate for clients throughout the legal process

• Communicate with clients to provide legal counsel and updates

• Develop legal strategies to support client outcomes

• Collaborate with fellow attorneys and support staff to advance case goals

Requirements:

• Interest in or prior experience with workers’ compensation law

• Ability to handle hearings, depositions, and settlement negotiations

• Passion for helping injured workers and advocating for their rights

• Willingness to be trained and mentored if new to this area of law

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:
