A law firm seeks an experienced Employment Law Attorney to join its team in Iowa. The ideal candidate will have over ten years of experience in employment law, including litigation, counseling, and compliance. This role offers the opportunity to lead complex matters and mentor junior attorneys.

Duties

• Lead employment-related litigation and administrative agency matters.
• Provide expert advice on compliance with employment laws.
• Assist with policy drafting and updates.

Requirements

• Minimum of six years' experience in labor and employment law.
• Strong employment law and client service skills.
• Background in employment litigation and/or counseling.
• Bar admission in Iowa required or eligibility to waive in.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Iowa.
