A law firm located in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Construction Litigation Attorney with 2+ years of experience in complex litigation, preferably with a background in construction or construction defect litigation. The candidate will collaborate closely with a Board-Certified Partner in Construction Law, manage a substantial caseload of complex litigation matters, and provide impeccable client service to a diverse clientele. Duties:

• Manage a substantial caseload of complex litigation matters in the realm of construction and construction defect litigation.
• Collaborate with a Board-Certified Partner in Construction Law to strategize and execute effective litigation plans.
• Deliver impeccable client service through consistent communication, counsel, and legal advice.
• Participate in pre-trials, trials, and hearings, representing clients skillfully and effectively.
• Work in collaboration with the rest of the legal team to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the State of Florida.
• 2+ years of experience in complex litigation, with a preference for candidates well-versed in construction or construction defect litigation.
• Proficiency in ATO or equivalent case management software.
• Experience with billable hours, demonstrating exceptional time management skills.

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Active license to practice law in the State of Florida.
