Senior Private Equity M&A Associate Attorney

A law firm is seeking a Senior Private Equity M&A Associate Attorney for their Ft. Lauderdale, FL office. The candidate, with 6+ years of experience, will support healthcare clients in their transactional needs, including acquisitions of physician and dental practices and the representation of behavioral health providers. The Associate Attorney will play a crucial role in supporting healthcare clients with their transactional needs, emphasizing acquisitions of physician and dental practices, and representing behavioral health providers. The candidate will bring significant experience in M&A transactions, specifically with private equity funds and/or healthcare providers.

Duties:

• Provide support for healthcare clients in transactional matters.
• Handle acquisitions of physician and dental practices.
• Represent behavioral health providers in legal matters.
• Demonstrate additional experience or interest in behavioral health (a plus).
• Achieve a high level of academic achievement.
• Utilize law firm experience to contribute to the legal team.
• Showcase superb writing, drafting, and communication skills.

Requirements:

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• 6+ years of experience in M&A transactions.
