Associate Attorney - Transactional

Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney - Transactional for its Los Angeles, CA office. The successful candidate will assist K-12 schools and community colleges with a variety of operational legal issues, including real estate transactions, leases, public contracting, construction procurement, disputes, and contract negotiations.

Duties

• Provide transactional support on real estate transactions and leases.
• Assist with public contracting matters and construction procurement.
• Engage in contract negotiations and dispute resolution.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of practice experience.
• Membership in the State Bar of California.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active member of the State Bar of California.
