Litigation Associate Attorney

A law firm in Miami is currently seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with 4-6 years of experience. The ideal candidate should take charge of cases, actively contribute to the development and implementation of legal strategy, and demonstrate proficiency in delivering exceptionally thorough and persuasive legal memoranda, analysis, and reasoning. Prior experience in Class Action cases is preferred.

Duties:

• Take a lead role in managing and overseeing litigation cases.
• Develop and implement effective legal strategies to achieve client objectives.
• Produce thorough and persuasive legal memoranda, analysis, and reasoning.
• Conduct legal research to support case strategy and arguments.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings.
• Collaborate with legal teams and clients to gather and analyze case information.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior legal staff as needed.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience as a Litigation Associate Attorney.
• Excellent academic credentials with a law degree from an accredited institution.
• Admission to practice law in the state of Florida.
• Prior experience in Class Action cases is preferred.
• Strong research and writing skills.

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Active license to practice law in the state of Florida.
